1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of our public website, users who create or access a Cerfgrid account, and businesses that connect channel platforms (for example Meta Business Suite or Google Business Profile) through Cerfgrid Studio.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account data— such as name, email address, authentication credentials, and role within an organization.
• Business profile data— such as business name, contact details, address, website, descriptions, and listing fields you enter to publish or manage presence on connected platforms.
• Connected platform data— when you authorize Meta, Google, or another provider, we receive tokens and account/location identifiers needed to act on your behalf (for example publishing or updating a listing). We only request permissions required for the features you use.
• Usage data — logs related to product use, such as feature actions, job status, error diagnostics, and approximate device/browser information.
• Communications— messages you send us for support or feedback.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services
• Authenticate users and secure accounts and business workspaces
• Connect and manage third-party channels you authorize (including Meta and Google)
• Publish or update business listing information you choose to send to those platforms
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Meta or Google user data to build advertising profiles unrelated to providing the Services you requested.

4. Meta platform integration

If you connect Meta (including Facebook Login or Meta Business tools), Cerfgrid accesses only the data and permissions you grant during authorization. That access is used to help you manage Meta Business–related features inside Cerfgrid Studio (for example connecting an account and performing actions you initiate).

Your use of Meta products remains subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. You can revoke Cerfgrid’s access at any time in Meta’s account settings and by disconnecting Meta inside Cerfgrid Studio when that option is available.

5. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us host, operate, or support the Services, under confidentiality obligations
• Platform partners you connect (such as Meta or Google), solely to perform the actions you authorize
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Services
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Connected-platform tokens and identifiers are kept while a connection remains active and are removed or invalidated when you disconnect or when retention is no longer necessary.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to reduce risk and respond to incidents appropriately.

8. Your choices and data deletion

9. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
