Request deletion

Email privacy@cerfgrid.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:

• The email address on your Cerfgrid account
• Your business or organization name (if applicable)
• Whether you also want Meta/Google connections removed from Cerfgrid

We will confirm the request and delete or anonymize associated Cerfgrid account and connection data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Disconnect Meta yourself

You can revoke Cerfgrid’s access in Meta’s settings (Apps and Websites / Business Integrations) and disconnect Meta from Cerfgrid Studio under Business → Channels when available. Revoking access stops future API use; it does not automatically delete historical Cerfgrid records—use the email request above for full deletion.

If Meta notifies Cerfgrid that a user removed the app, we process that signal by invalidating stored Meta tokens and removing Meta-linked identifiers for that user or business connection where applicable.
