Data Deletion

If you messaged us on Messenger or Slack

Email privacy@cerfgrid.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:

• Which app you used: Messenger (the Cerfgrid Facebook Page) or Slack
• For Messenger: your name as it appears on Facebook, and roughly when you messaged the Cerfgrid Page
• For Slack: your Slack display name and the workspace name

We will use these details to find your conversation, and may ask you to confirm by sending a message from the same account. We then delete your messages and the platform identifiers linked to them.

If you have a Cerfgrid account

Email privacy@cerfgrid.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:

• The email address on your Cerfgrid account
• Your business or organization name (if applicable)
• Whether you also want connected platforms (Meta, Google, Messenger, Slack) removed from Cerfgrid

We delete your account, businesses you own, and their connection data, including any Messenger or Slack links and messages tied to your account.

What happens next

We will confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may keep limited information where we are required to for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, and will tell you if that applies.

Disconnect or unlink yourself

• Unlink Messenger or Slack: in Cerfgrid Studio, go to Assistant → Messenger or Assistant → Slack and choose Unlink. The assistant stops using your Cerfgrid account when you chat with it.
• Revoke Meta access: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations) and remove Cerfgrid.

Unlinking or revoking access stops future use, but does not delete data we already hold. To delete it, send a request as described above.
